Description
This report can be used to check to see if any duplicates have slipped past the duplicates test. This can happen if the duplicate is slightly different to another record e.g. it has less decimal points in a value.
You can ignore a duplicates if:
- One record has a different pedigree to another record e.g. one record is an actual and the other is an estimate (the actual will “over-ride” the estimate
- One record is accepted and the other is pending or rejected
- They are duplicates but you want them to add together e.g. with paper, two people might have ordered paper for the same month for the same quantity and costs – in this case both orders are legitimate and should be added together
