The more commonly used reports are accessible directly as options under the “Reports” menu.
For other reports choose the “All Reports…” menu option under “Reports”. Reports are divided into the following seven groups:
- Report preparation – these reports/processes should be run before you generate any other reports to:
- Usage – Total – these reports give you totals for assets or organisations
- Giving totals for either asset or organisation for usage, cost and CO2-e and in line with International GHG Protocol this is a great summary report – GHG Inventory (1 year max)
- Want to make up your own report for an asset or organisation with whatever 3 activities/attributes you want, try Multi-Comparison (2 years with monthly values)
- Play with the graph to find discrepancies or until you get what you want then export a table of cost/quantity and CO2-e (2 years) – Profile Chart is for you (2 years with monthly values)
- A very flexible report, and the only one that lets you export indicators for an asset or organisation is Activity Indicator Report (2 years with monthly values)
- Handy for making graphs Monthly Quantity Cost CO2e gives you monthly quantity, cost and CO2-e for every asset for every activity (1 year max)

- Find out where an asset’s reported monthly total came from including the supplier, device and pedigree (actual or estimate) – Supplier Device Asset by Month Report
- See how different assets contribute to an organisation-based report including if the asset data is aggregated from a child asset or apportioned from a parent asset – Organisation and Asset Total Usage/Cost (also includes CO2-e):
- Quickly see the monthly totals for an organisation including the pedigree (e.g. actual vs estimate) – Organisation Hierarchy Monthly Usage:
- An easy way to see whether an asset’s monthly reported data is actual or estimate – Actuals Vs Estimates or Actuals Vs Estimates (with org Hierarchy)
- Want to see all the information we could get from suppliers including things like demand charges, try the Combined View report
- Looking for an asset-based report that’s easy to graph – Monthly Asset Direct Data Report.
- Want to focus in on one asset hierarchy – Asset Hierarchy Monthly Usage
- Analysis – these reports are useful for digging into reported to find any issues including:
- Large variances – could identify data issues or issues at sites such as water leaks Data Variance Report
- Apportioning – confirm which assets are apportioning data and how much the apportioning is Apportioning Usage
- Which devices are getting data directly from a device (e.g. solar inverter) and when the data was sent and by who Direct Data Entry via Email Log
- Track back to the origins of a reported value including if it was apportioned or aggregated and how multiple records contribute to a monthly total Interactive Inventory Report
- Usage – NGER – for those required to report to NGER there are two reports available
- Activity data – gives the total usage and emissions and a breakdown by facility aggregates
- Hierarchy – shows what assets are linked to the different facility aggregates
- Registers – want a big export of all your assets / devices / organisations / relationships / attributes / metadata / person types – head to the registers list to find what you need
