Data Management
Eden Suite is built around a unique platform of data exchange referred to as ‘The Network’.
The Network standardises data received from suppliers before making it available for upload into the system for reporting, tracking and analysis.
This section covers:
- Find Data – shows you how to find data records and view them
- Add data – where data isn’t available from the Network you can manually enter the data
- Estimate Data – you can estimate data when the data isn’t available from suppliers
- Data acceptance – data entered into the system from manual entry or the Network is checked to see if it is an exact duplicate or if it is outside the allowed variation e.g. more than +/-30% compared to the same time last year. If it triggers one of these tests then it is put in a pending status and you will have to accept or reject the data before it is used in reporting
- Bulk accept/reject pending data – this page allows you to view and filter all pending data and then accept/reject in bulk
- Find data Gaps – allows you to generate a report that shows where data is missing, and then upload the report to create estimates for the gaps
- Data Migration Interface – allows you to upload data in bulk
