Organisation Asset Relationships, normalisers and allocation

Description

In Eden Suite, the Asset is often the focal point for the collection of environmental data. However, reporting requirements are often organisation-based. Organisation Asset Relationships allow you to allocate Asset Activities to your Organisation Hierarchy and include from and to dates so the usage from an asset can start or stop based on when you occupied the asset.

Normaliser values may be stored against an organisation asset relationship. These values may change over time unlike asset attributes which are fixed.

Add an Organisation Asset Relationship, normaliser, or allocation rule

• Add a relationship to an asset
• Add a normaliser value (such as FTE, Area, 1,000km travelled, separations, bed days etc.)
• Add an allocation rule to change how much usage from an asset is reported by an organisation

Hints and Tips

To enter a relationship normaliser count, the normaliser must first have been checked against the organisation type of the organisation in the relationship. Contact support@edensuite.com.au if you aren’t able to find the normaliser you require.

The month range on the relationship normaliser must be within the relationship month range. Only one value can be in effect on the relationship in any given month.
