User Management

The user management module within Eden Suite is being upgraded to allow administrators to create, delete and modify user profiles. In the meantime, password management is handled in two different ways.

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password follow these slides to reset it.

New users

If you’d like us to setup a new user, email support@edensuite.com.au with their first name, last name, email and the tenancy they should have access to.

Our support team will set the new account up and they will receive a “Welcome” email. Follow this video to complete the setup.
