Person Type Extract
Person Type is a form of Metadata specifically focussed on people and/or job role counts. The counts are time sensitive. Indicators using Person Type metadata will calculate using the specified time period’s data set. Examples of Person Types are FTE (Full Time Equivalent), Casual Employees, Accountants, Students
Description
This extract allows you to export information about an asset/organisation that is able to change values over time. Person Type data is stored on relationships to allow it to change over time. Normally focussed on people and/or job role counts. Examples of Person Types are FTE (Full Time Equivalent), Separations, ED Departures, and Aged Care Bed Days. Area M2 is also stored as a person type so it can reflect changes over time.

Hints and Tips
Use the Data Migration Interface to upload a Person Type Report. New data values must be entered into the ‘New Data’ cells within the extracted file. Overwriting the current value will not result in the change in values within Eden Suite.
