Capturing Scope 3 supply chain emissions as part of reporting  Scope 3 broader indirect emissions:

Manage Activity form

• “Scope 3 Supply Chain Category” drop-down on first tab (maintenance of this field currently restricted to Administrators)
• “Note” field on first tab (record reason for Scope 3 Category choice or any other pertinent info)

Emission Factors

• Emission factor type SUPPLIER_EMISSION_FACTOR will allow custom supplier factors to be used, as appropriate.
• A Scope 3 method can be specified for an emission factor and will be most relevant to custom supplier-provided factors.
