The Bulk Accept / Reject Pending Data option is used to change the status on multiple pending usage data records in one action. It allows the user to see the pending reason for each record before actioning them in bulk.
Note that if a record errors during the bulk status change, the bulk update ceases immediately. No further records are updated. Any records that had been successfully updated to that point remain changed. Perform the search again to see the remaining Pending records.

If a bulk update fails, it may be that a record to be actioned no longer has a Pending status e.g. another user may have modified that record in the interim.
