Which web browsers is Eden Suite compatible with?

The two most recent versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge.

How do I know what my user role is?
User privileges are managed by your Administrator in the User Management section. Your Administrator will advise you of your user role. Refer to the User Management page to find out your specific access rights.

I can’t remember my password, how do I re-set it?
Email us at support@edensuite.com.au and we’ll reset your password for you.

How do I access data from original supplier data files?

Data from the original supplier files can be accessed in the Combined View Report.
