Reports are divided into the following groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Report preparation \u2013 these reports\/processes should be run before you generate any other reports to:\n<ul>\n<li>identify any pending data and accept it so it counts for reporting &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1644\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Bulk accept\/reject pending data<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>find any duplicate data that might be causing double counting\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2203\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Duplicates report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>find data gaps and generate estimates for them so you have 365 days of data for all devices\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1462\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Find Data Gaps<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>review devices with only estimates or assets with no usage to see if there are problems with getting data from suppliers\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1475\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Devices with Estimates Only<\/a>\/<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Asset Zero Data Report<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Analysis \u2013 these reports are useful for digging into reported to find any issues including:\n<ul>\n<li>Large variances \u2013 could identify data issues or issues at sites such as water leaks\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2193\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Data Variance Report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Apportioning \u2013 confirm which assets are apportioning data and how much the apportioning is\u00a0<strong>Apportioning Usage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Which devices are getting data directly from a device (e.g. solar inverter) and when the data was sent and by who\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2197\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Direct Data Entry via Email Log<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Track back to the origins of a reported value including if it was apportioned or aggregated and how multiple records contribute to a monthly total\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=865\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Interactive Inventory Report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Usage \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NGER<\/a> \u2013 for those required to report to NGER there are two reports available\n<ul>\n<li>Activity data \u2013 gives the total usage and emissions and a breakdown by facility aggregates<\/li>\n<li>Hierarchy \u2013 shows what assets are linked to the different facility aggregates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Usage \u2013 Breakdown\n<ul>\n<li>Find out where an asset\u2019s reported monthly total came from including the supplier, device and pedigree (actual or estimate) &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2158\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Supplier Device Asset by Month Report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>See how different assets contribute to an organisation-based report including if the asset data is aggregated from a child asset or apportioned from a parent asset &#8211; <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2185\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Organisation and Asset Total Usage\/Cost<\/a><\/strong> (also includes CO2-e):<\/li>\n<li>Quickly see the monthly totals for an organisation including the pedigree (e.g. actual vs estimate) &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2189\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Monthly Asset Direct Data Report<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Want to focus in on one asset hierarchy &#8211;
