{"id":1295,"date":"2023-06-30T05:47:54","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T05:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1295"},"modified":"2026-06-11T14:58:26","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T04:58:26","slug":"frd-report","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=1295","title":{"rendered":"FRD Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Description<\/h2>\n<p>Please see the video link below for details of the new FRD 24E compliant report:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/video1612146875.mp4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FRD24E Video<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The current FRD 24 report reflects the requirements of the Victorian Government Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) for the \u201ce\u201d iteration.<\/p>\n<p>The report is run by selecting an organisation hierarchy and a month range; the results include data for the nominated month range plus parallel ranges for the two previous years.<\/p>\n<p>Note that activity emissions calculations use the factor for the activity&#8217;s <em>factor_scope<\/em>, but the activity consideration and placement in the report is based on the activity&#8217;s <em>report_scope<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The resulting Excel workbook report consists of multiple tabs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FRD24 Report \u2013 chapters (blue headings), sections (grey headings) and line items contain a mixture of activity listings, sub-totals, attribute totals, normalisers, and normalised values.<br \/>\nNot all line items will be populated for each tenant as blank rows may be omitted.<br \/>\nSelect a chapter for further information on how the line items are formulated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2581\">Greenhouse Gas Emissions<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Electricity Use<\/li>\n<li>Stationary Energy<\/li>\n<li>Transportation Energy<\/li>\n<li>Total Energy Use<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Buildings and Infrastructure (not managed by Eden Suite)<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Procurement (not managed by Eden Suite)<\/li>\n<li>Water Use<\/li>\n<li>Waste and Recycling<\/li>\n<li>Normalisation Factors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>BaseData \u2013 contains the activity data the report is based on with columns for month range; activity report scope, factor scope, and unit; allocated quantity, cost and t CO<sub>2<\/sub>-e; and allocated MJ if appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>GreenhouseGases \u2013 contains the greenhouse gas breakdown values (carbon dioxide CO<sub>2<\/sub>, methane CH<sub>4<\/sub>, nitrous oxide N<sub>2<\/sub>O) for any activity with report scope\u00a0 = 1 (the calculator linked to the activity determines whether or not greenhouse gas breakdown values are stored).<\/li>\n<li>RPPData \u2013 contains the data for any activity linked to the Comprehensive Electricity calculator that has gigajoules metrics, and is not otherwise captured in\u00a0 activities in Configuration tab code = FRD24_TRANSPORT_ELEC_COUNTED_IMPLICITLY_IN_EL1_PURCHASED<br \/>\ne.g. excludes road \/ non-road non-public \/ non-private transport electricity activities that are indirectly counted via electricity meters and captured elsewhere<br \/>\ne.g. excludes <em>Electricity for Non-Road Vehicles from Victorian Government Facilities<\/em>, <em>Electricity for Road Vehicles from Victorian Government Facilities<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Normalisers \u2013 totals for each relevant normaliser in the month range on active relationships with the selected organisation hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>GenCapacity \u2013 the attribute values for Battery kWh, Battery kWp, Cogen kWp, Diesel kWp, Gasoline kWp, LPG kWp, Solar kWp for devices linked to assets in a relationship with an organisation in the selected organisation hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>Configuration \u2013 the line item codes and the activities, normalisers, or attributes linked to each of them<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2393&quot;&gt;http:\/\/training.edensuite.com.au\/?page_id=2393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Factors<\/a> \u2013 details of the emission factor sets and factor values in use for activities with data in the FRD report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description Please see the video link below for details of the new FRD 24E compliant report: FRD24E Video &nbsp;
